# Hoop

> Hoop is a digital tool by Hoop Corporate Services SA (Switzerland, founded 2022, spin-off from Abacus) for fiduciary firms, law firms, notaries, business consultancies and legal departments, enabling rapid, fully digital company formations and corporate changes in the Swiss Commercial Register.

Hoop is the only fully digital platform in Switzerland for company formations and changes: companies can be incorporated or modified within a few hours, including opening an online capital contribution account (with YAPEAL) within minutes. Documents are stored exclusively in an ISO 27001:2022-certified Swiss cloud.
