This enables individuals without Swiss residency to verify their identity online, without physically appearing before a notary.


It is now also possible to define an optional secondary purpose, allowing a more differentiated and realistic description of the company’s activities – particularly useful for startups and SMEs with multiple business lines. The combination of simplified data entry, digital identification and well-structured purpose definitions reduces errors and the likelihood of commercial register rejections throughout the entire incorporation process.

Change the auditors directly through the platform
