Can foreign nationals also be verified?

Where is the data used for identification hosted?
All data is stored and processed in a cloud on servers in Swiss data centres.
How will I be informed about the publication in the commercial register?
Hoop monitors the company formations submitted and any changes. You will be informed by Hoop as soon as these have been published.
Do I need a fiduciary or a lawyer to use Hoop?
No. Hoop guides you through every step and our support team answers questions about the process. Hoop does not replace legal or tax advice, however; if you need it, we are happy to put you in touch with a specialist.
Do I have to appear in person at any authority for the incorporation?
No. Identification, notarisation and signatures are digital; Hoop files the documents with the commercial register office.
What does using Hoop cost?
You pay a fixed price per case or per register, shown before you submit. There is no base fee. You will find the rates on the pricing pages.
Does my GmbH have to keep a share register?
A GmbH keeps a register of members for its capital contributions; the duty to report to the transparency register applies to AGs and GmbHs. Hoop covers both.
