One price per case, qualified electronic signature included. On top comes the fee of the debt enforcement office – you advance it, but the debtor bears it in the end.
What a debt enforcement costs
All services included: guided entry of creditor, debtor and claim, identification of the competent office, qualified electronic signature, transmission via the eSchKG standard and status tracking.
The more cases, the lower the price
The price per request depends on your annual volume. You pay per case – no base fee, no subscription.

Frequently asked questions about costs
Who bears the fee of the debt enforcement office in the end?
The debtor. You advance the fee when filing (art. 68 DEBA) and recover it through the proceedings as soon as the debtor pays. If the enforcement is unsuccessful, the fee stays with you.
What happens if the debtor files an objection?
The proceedings pause. This causes no additional cost at Hoop – the case price covers the request. Only continuation or the setting aside of the objection triggers new official fees.
Do I need my own sedex ID?
Not for a single case – you file through Hoop’s network participation. From 25 cases per year we set up your own sedex ID so that you appear before the offices under your own name.
