What comes on top: third-party costs
In addition to the Hoop price, fees apply that do not go to Hoop. You see all items in the app before you submit anything. For the capital deposit account, you can use YAPEAL or UBS, both integrated into the process, or any other Swiss bank that offers such an account.

For fiduciaries, law firms and notaries who regularly handle incorporations and amendments for their clients: with a volume package of 5, 10, 25 or 50 cases, the price per case drops with every tier – down to CHF 80.– for sole proprietorships and amendments and CHF 140.– for LLCs (GmbH) and Ltds (AG). Packages apply separately to incorporations or to amendments and are valid for one year from purchase. All mandates run through your Hoop account, with digital identification and qualified signature of all parties – no on-site appointment. On request, we present your firm on our partner page.

Frequently asked questions about costs
What does an LLC incorporation cost in total?
The Hoop price is CHF 220.–. On top come the commercial register fee, notarisation by the partner notary, the capital deposit account (e.g. CHF 250.– with YAPEAL, or free with UBS if you then keep your business account there) and the signatures. Hoop shows you all items added up before you submit the incorporation – no surprises after registration.
What are volume packages?
If you handle several cases via Hoop, you buy a package of 5, 10, 25 or 50 incorporations or amendments. The price per case drops with every tier – in the largest package to CHF 80.– per sole proprietorship or amendment and CHF 140.– per LLC or Ltd. All tiers are visible in the Hoop app. Packages apply separately to incorporations or to amendments and are valid for one year from purchase.
Are commercial register fees included in the price?
No. The commercial register fee is set by the federal fee ordinance, depends on the legal form and type of entry and is charged by the cantonal office. Hoop shows it before filing.
Do I need a notary?
For an LLC and a Ltd, yes – articles of association, deed of incorporation, amendments requiring notarisation and the dissolution resolution must be notarised. Hoop works with partner notaries who carry out the notarisation digitally – regardless of the notarial system in your canton. A sole proprietorship does not need notarisation.
What does it cost to make several amendments at once?
Amendments requiring notarisation (registered office, purpose, name, articles) can be combined. You then pay at most double the single price – i.e. a maximum of CHF 240.– for all combined amendments together, plus the commercial register fee and notarisation.
What does a liquidation cost?
Liquidating an LLC or Ltd via Hoop costs CHF 360.–. On request, we publish the call to creditors in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC) for an additional CHF 25.–. On top come the notarisation of the dissolution resolution, the qualified electronic signatures (CHF 1.80 per signature) and the commercial register fees for dissolution and deletion.
Example: Hoop CHF 360.– + notarisation CHF 270.– + 4 signatures CHF 7.20 + call to creditors CHF 25.– = CHF 662.20, excl. VAT and commercial register fees.
Is there a subscription or base fee?
No. Registration is free and you only pay per case. For document storage you need a DeepBox account, which is free for up to 3 users.
I am a fiduciary or lawyer – do different prices apply to me?
The same prices and packages: the more cases you handle for your clients via Hoop, the lower the price per case. Change of auditor and share transfers are handled on request by our team.
What do the share register and debt enforcement cost?
