Do I need a notary for a change of registered office or name?
Amendments to the articles of association, such as registered office, company name or purpose, must be notarised. With Hoop, notarisation takes place without physical presence; Hoop coordinates the notary and files the application with the commercial register office.
How long does a change take?
Entering it in Hoop takes a few minutes and the signatures are digital. After that, the processing time of the commercial register office applies, usually a few working days until publication.
How does the liquidation work?
The general meeting resolves the dissolution, the liquidation is entered in the commercial register and published, the call to creditors runs, then the creditors are paid and the remaining assets distributed. Only then is the company deleted. Hoop guides you through these steps and shows you the deadlines.
