How long does the incorporation take?
Preparation in Hoop takes a few hours if all details and the capital are ready. After that, the processing time of the commercial register office applies, usually a few working days until registration.
Do I need an account with a specific bank?
No. You can open the capital deposit account with any bank; applying with YAPEAL and UBS is integrated directly into the process.
